The purpose of this website is to inform Settlement Class Members of the proposed settlement which may affect their rights, to provide information on important dates and deadlines, and to inform Settlement Class Members of the options available to them.

Settlement Class Members are defined as all former hourly and salaried associates who were at one time employed by Wal-Mart (including at Distribution Centers) in the State of Oregon, but whose employment with Wal-Mart ended at any time from December 9, 2002 up to March 26, 2010.

Plaintiffs allege that Defendant failed to pay Settlement Class Members all wages due upon termination, including wages for accrued vacation time, overtime, and straight wages, and that Defendant failed to accurately record and report the wages of Settlement Class Members. Defendant denies all of the Plaintiffs' allegations. These claims are more fully described in the Second Amended Complaint, which may be downloaded from the Court Documents page. The Court has certified a class solely for purposes of this settlement. The Court has not rendered any decisions on the merits of the Litigation.

Settlement Class Members have the opportunity to:

• SUBMIT A CLAIM FORM by August 30, 2010
• OBJECT by July 31, 2010
• EXCLUDE YOURSELF by July 31, 2010
• DO NOTHING
